A salutogenic approach to health and wellness with horticultural therapy
Terrapy SG is a socially driven enterprise dedicated to harnessing the practice of horticultural therapy and other nature-based interventions to support diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with dementia, children, and those with physical or psychological needs. Our approach is rooted in salutogenic gardening (SG), a holistic method that uses the art of gardening to enhance overall health, guided by the principles of Horticultural Therapy.
At Terrapy SG, we are committed to exploring innovative and effective ways to deliver horticultural therapy to those who can benefit most from it. We adhere to the American Horticultural Therapy Association (AHTA) Code of Professional Ethics to ensure our practice meets the highest standards of professionalism and care.
“Through the art of horticultural therapy, we cultivate wellbeing, planting seeds of hope and healing in every heart.”
